Quote enquiries. When you use our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the details of your enquiry. We use this information only to respond to you about your project. It is sent to us by email and is not stored on this website.
Direct contact. If you phone or email us, we keep your contact details and correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or project.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
Embedded content
Some pages include content from other services: our Instagram feed (Meta Platforms) and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Loading a page with this content sends your IP address to those services, as with any image loaded from another website. See the Instagram privacy policy and the OpenStreetMap privacy policy.
How long we keep information
Enquiry emails are kept while we deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Project records are kept as required for warranty, insurance and tax purposes.
